Is this a good meal plan for weight loss? Please help me out?

You will lose weight but not the healthy way and its less likely to stay off, u are eating below the minimum calories for your body to function properly which is 1200 for women im not too sure for men but seriously go on here, they have all sorts of calculators that will tell you how many calories you as an individual need per day to lose weight...and it will be alot more than your eating so its win win www.healthstatus.com
